Frequently asked questions

  • Is everything Gluten Free?
    YES! We wanted to create a safe place for all of those who cannot have gluten so we do not use gluten in ANY of our food or coffee ingredients. We are not certified, however, so we cannot guarantee cross contamination but we do not keep anything gluten in any of our facilities.
  • What kind of milk do you use?
    We proudly serve Cruze Dairy Farm milk from Knoxville, TN. We use their whole milk and light (2%) milk.
  • Do you have dairy alternatives?
    YES! We also serve oat, almond, and coconut milk.
  • Do you offer decaf?
    Yes! We have a Mexico Chiapas Decaf that we can use in any of our espresso drinks!
  • Do you ever rent out your space?
    Yes! We are happy to rent out space at the coffee shop AND the Manor. For more information contact our event coordinator here!
  • Are you hiring?
    We are always taking resumes whether we are currently hiring or not. Feel free to come in to the shop and leave it with one of our lovely baristas!
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    We have two options for online ordering. You can either choose to pick up in our shop or we can ship. Typically we use Priority Mail via USPS. Shipping time ranges from 1-3 days depending on distance.
  • What is the processing time?
    Please allow 3-5 business days before your order is ready to be picked up or shipped. We roast specifically for each order we get so it is always as fresh as possible! You will get an email notification when the order is ready.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
